1993 / GTCA, GTFL, NXTR /  filing data not known, but specified as annual filings.  Date set to 6/1/1993.

1993 / GTCA, GTFL / no common line basket data

1993 / SWTR, PTNV / replace local transport service with interconnection fees and tandem switched transport (restructuring filings)

1999 / CBTC  / adds 4 "other" categories lines on page 20 (last page).

2002-2006 / BSTR / Total VG SW NonZone, lcode changed from 3316 to standard 1658

some USTR 1992 rates not transfered at full precision; re-transfered USTR 1992 rates

change to zero SNCT 2003, ln 76, prate (local switching title line, extraneous number)

made use of nulls and zeros consistent for demand and rates (only single rate element categories have demand and rate data)
